About MOT History Report

I have a fascination with displaying data in different ways, with better information design and more obvious context. I put together this tool as a thought experiement to help me understand information about my own vehicle, as well as help others who are looking for used cars.

In the UK DVLA provides access to vehicle MOT history through their official GOV.UK service, either via web or API. I have made a deliberate decision not to integrate with their API; I don't want to store data or sessions, I don't want huge frameworks or vast dependencies to manage and secure over time. This is very much a "keep it simple" project.

I realise some people want to share information presented here with others, but I don't want to store any data. Take screenshots or "print" the page to PDF to share with friends and family.
